Delivery & Installation: We offer free home delivery and installation. Delivery times may vary based on location and stock availability.
Custom Orders: Custom furniture orders require advance payment and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Return & Exchange: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty: Our products come with a 10 years warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or natural wear and tear.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Liability: Radhey Radhey Industries is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
